[Question] Question about Moderatorship

First of all let me point out, I do not want or have the time to be a Mod at the moment and this is not my reason for creating this thread.

My Question : if one has a few warnings and infractions in record with no further rule breaking for several month - would one be even considered if he were to apply for moderatorship?

have there ever been selected a staff member with such records in the past?

is there a point of no return in your standards.
