Question about Mei and her Lava

Just curious. Lava is supposed to technically burn. But when she spit out lava at sauske some got on her lip. not only that but she whipped it off with her mouth..... Isnt that posed to burn her lip and or finger. :shrug:

Jokes apart. I think ppl are immune to their own jutsus or nature types eg. Kakashi or Sasuke with raikiri and chidori, they will be freakin electrocute themselves otherwise.. although some exceptions are there eg. Base Naruto with Rasenshuriken.

I agree, another example being Kakashi's chidori, that lighting is constantly hitting other parts of his body but he doesn't get electrocuted. I think it's because their elements prevent them from getting hurt by their own techniques.
