Question about last manga

Here in the pick below we see Madara babling on about creating the
perfect country.

Then below he says: "those on the verge of death require on-field treatment"
obviously refering to the infinite tsukiyomi, bet then Zetsu says "I'll head out immediatel"

Now is zetsu just acting plain stupid again, or is he actually gonna heal them?

Yeah the image doesn't show but I know what you're talking about. When madara was saying "Those wounded need in-field treatment" it was a metaphor. He was saying the world is wounded and Infinite Tsukiyomi is the treatment. I think white zetsu is only heading out to try and get the other rinnegan

think about it, madara really isn't evil, he just wants everyone to be happy. even if he has the break a few bones doing so.

Tsukiyumi is a gengutsu , if they all die then there would be nobody left to cast the genjutsu on.. What Madara wants is to cast the gengutsu on everybody to maintain peace by being controles by the gengutsu, so basically he doesnt want all of them to die. He just need to kill the ones that are bothering him which is none of the fodder ninjas.
