Madara knows how to use it, but he never copied it, so I guess only Obito's eyes can handle it or something.

If he's using only Obito's chakra, then the Susano'o shouldn't have a scar.
The temporary power-up is most likely just the eyes.

Maybe his MS is permanent too? Naruto could just Jesus heal his eyesight and he's as good as new.

Temporary, his MS is manifestation of obito's chakra, once run out kakashi will be left w/o uchiha chakra for PS and MS unless obito constantly gives him some more at his Bday.

But who the hell knows TBH, we're dealing with kishi here.
