well, the question is that if Kakshi is as genius and intelligent as Itachi, I mean if Kakashi just had Uchiha chakra and full Sharingan power he could maybe be as strong as Itachi or even more I suppose, because Kakashi's genin promtion was at 5 yrs old, chuunin at 6 while Itachi got promoted to genin at 7 and chuunin at 10.
