question about Juubi/Kaguya and the Sage/Hamura

I just realized this interesting fact about the story behind what the sage actually fought.


If the sage/hamura fought the Juubi. Then how did Kaguya give birth to them?

To me this means:

1) Sage/Hamura fought her as Kaguya THEN as the Juubi (Stripped a portion of her power)
2) Story doesn't make sense.


If it is option 1) then that means Sage may have been a lot stronger than i thought lol

I think Kaguya came for the fruit, once she ate it, either the tree turned into the Juubi or she merged with the tree and became the juubi. But I think she gave birth first, then maybe went rampage once she realized some of her chakra was lost to her sons.
The Juubi could have gone rampage before the Sage and Hamura fought it.

The story goes like this.

Kaguya came from an unknown world and partook of the Shinju fruit.
She attained overwhelming power, thus succumbing the world to her might.
It's assumed she spend some time on earth, before she ate the Shinju fruit, getting pregnant in the process.
So when she ate the fruit, she was already pregnant.
She gave birth to two sons, with her chakra manifesting on both of them.
Kaguya became envious of this, and attacked her offsprings.
She realize she wasn't powerful enough (since most of her chakra was within her sons), so she combined with the Shinju-tree, and thus transformed to the Juubi.
Combining with the tree erased her existence, hence Hagoromo and Hamura mostly likely thought she had disappeared in mysterious circumstances.
They battle with the Juubi, thinking it was a aberration of the Shinju-tree, when in fact it was representative of their mother's will.
They eventually sealed the Juubi, and rest happened as was pictured.

Databook pertains Hagoromo third eye is a byproduct of Ninshuu philosophy which is connectinng spiritual energies instead of combining for use of chakra.

It makes sense they fought Juubi plus Kaguya. Both of them had the Yin Yang Seals plus extra luggage which Naruto plus Sasuke didnt possess.

When hagormoo and Hamura were fighting the jubi, they used the seal on the juubi to take it to the moon. The exact place Kaguya as Gedo mazou was located. So of course the jubi the bros fought was Kaguya.

Actually they split the juubi into chakra (corporeal form: tailed beasts) and body (gedo mazou).

Hagoromo sealed the chakra within himself and Hamura took the gedo mazou into the moon to hide it from the world (he could've absored it within himself as well)

The Juubi is a result of Kaguya merging with the God Tree. The reason why she did this is unknown. Hagoromo and Hamura weren't aware it was her so they did not fight her prior to her becoming the Juubi. It did not happen while fighting them. She probably took in the Shinju for the same reason she wanted to eventually take back her chakra from Hagoromo and Hamura. Simply to have all the chakra in the world.

It was stated she went to Earth with some of the Ootsutsuki clan for the sole purpose of taking the fruit and then subdued the world. She was probably pregnant before eating it.

She gave birth to her sons who had a portion of her power. Her desire to take all chakra back came after some time had past. Infinite Tsukyomi being used for the purpose of creating soldiers although Hagoromo mentioned it as if she had been using it passively before. She eventually merged with the Shinju and turned into the Juubi. Juubi goes off to reclaim the chakra Hagoromo and Hamura had. They fought the Juubi without knowing that it was their mother.

Hagoromo was the Juubi Jin and split Kaguya's/Juubi's chakra in order to share it with humanity and then on his deathbed, he split what was left of the Juubi's chakra to create the Bijuu and then sealed the empty shell/Gedo Statue in the moon. The Juubi that was revived only had chakra of the Tailed beasts and didn't have the chakra that it had lost when Hagoromo shared it with humanity.
