Question about jubbito

So can someone explain to me exactly why he wasn't able to use his kamoi in jubbi form...? Or was this for plot I mean I finished the series with everyone else but I don't remember them ever explaining it ?

Could be wrong, but I think it may have also said something about the Juubi being too heavy or something. Can't remember..

He was only unable to use the phase ability of the Kamui. Could because it's not possible for a Juubi's jin for whatever reason or because Obito didn't have full control of juubi.

Madara, who just got Kakashi's sharingan, used it like he's been doing that for years. Obito, who used it for years wasn't able to use it. Does Kishi have any reason to explain that?

Obito wasn't able to use only one part of Kamui. Which is phasing through objects parts.

Obito couldn't make his body phase so he wasn't able to use the intangibility ability, he didn't use the teleportation. Madara used the teleportation ability, and transported his upper half.

I will say this 1 Rinnengan from someone + Juuubi Jin = really hard to handle. Obito even saying having 1 Rinnengan that is not original owner is hard.

Can't seem to find about Juubi being too heavy, maybe I was mistaken, but Viz definitely clears up that it's just the phasing.

Plot, plain and simple. Sure, you can claim that he could teleport but not phase, but not once in the manga is it stated why he couldn't, or that he could teleport.
