Ok when u use sharigan or get exhausted ur eyes return to normal

How did itachi make his permatnite 0.0
Like I dnt understand expecally seeing as his stamina is shit so he tires out easily so shouldn't they return to natrual color

I dont see how someone who uses 7 MS techniques worth of chakra on top of Katon fireballs and clones while being on his deathbed can be considered tiring out easily... Sasuke ran out of chakra before Itachi in their fight and he barely used anything but ONE technique that was said to consume a lot of chakra...

Itachi and Sasuke's stamina are pretty much the same.
