i wouldnt put her under the solo category. But yeah the juubi clone is the only foe she has soloed. other unsuccessful attempts were PAIN and Momoshiki, Neji, and I cant remember more.

Despite all that, I have my reasons why I fan over Hinata, among others who have similar sane reasons.
