Question about Frog Kata/SM.

I'm guessing senjutsu chakra gives the user increase strength and speed of course, and when he attacked the pain it sent probably a large shock wave.

As we can see in this scan, frog kata extends the users range with use of Sennin chakra, but we've never really been told how exactly this works.

So, is the Sennin chakra making a small 'barrier' around Naruto's hand? or is it 'Projected' from him at will, like the gentle fist? Could he use it in the same way the Hyuuga use the gentle fist? I don't see why not, he'd just have to memorize a few chakra points or get some lucky hits, along with this, if he were to release sennin chakra from all over his body, could he mimic a 'Sennin rotation'?
I think Hinata could even teach him that.

Also, can he choose the range of the chakra 'Shield' used? could he punch a Susano'o and hit the person inside it with the Sennin chakra? is it possible to block a hit from Naruto's frog kata?

Well this is very good topic you brought here.

1) Frog Katas depends on Invisible layer of focused nature energy around entire body... but nor thickness or density or width of the layer was not mentioned...
2) Frog Katas can not be blocked as far as we know... but it was not shown to one shoot completly someone, but still can inflict some damage...
3) In Theory Mastery over Sage mode could give user of Senjutsu free will how much thick or how big range of the layer made from nature energy around body could be..., So the user could literally use any place in the word to attack you..., but it would be too op...

That why I believe amount of nature energy used to create invisible layer of nature energy around entire body depends on how much nature energy user absorb which depends from chakra amount.

Why ?

Because Nature energy drawn into body has to balance physical and spiritual energy which creastes chakra within user's body.

Nature energy is just 1/3 part of Senjutsu chakra...

For example if Pein arc Sage mode Naruto could draw 1/3 of nature energy in certain amount in compare to rest energies... Same with Current Naruto, but because Current Naruto's supply of chakra is much bigger then 1/3 of Nature energy drawn by Current Naruto >>> 1/3 of Nature energy drawn by Pein arc Naruto... ;p

That is a difference , According to this theory BSM Naruto could create much more thick and with much bigger range layer of nature energy around his entire body...

Also the way FRS in Sage mode worked by explanding remotely on distance ... it is possible to shoot nature energy as projectiles or some kinds of attacks which can chase you...

Sage mode seems to be still not explored fully... there can be much more to that then it seems...
