What a joke, right? Some of them, if not, all, can be one shotted by a single jutsu or get man handled by a lower ranking shinobi.

Stir alot of plot no jutsu and mix up with a little time skipregan and BAM you got yourselfs a gekiagenkia called character development until the 2 main char goes OP.
