Question about family

Hello, I am busy creating a Naruto character and I have a question about family.
I think I can explain it best by using Tsunade her family as example.

Hashirama->Son/Daughter->Tsunade.

Tobirama->Son.


Hashirama is Tsunade her grand father.
Tobirama is Tsunade her grand uncle.
If Tobirama would have a son, what would that person be of Tsunade?

I cant figure it out.
English is not my native language either, which makes it a tad harder.
I hope someone has the answer for me.

Uhh... cousin?

The child of your uncle would be your cousin. But there's no such thing as a "grand-cousin", so it's just "cousin".
