Question about eye of the moon plan.

If this plan somehow succeeds, will dead people be really back from the dead or will they be just illusions of what the genjutsu creator thinks he/she would be like?

In dreams you can do whatever you want

You can make "death" just an illusion and revieve dead people without cost

It’s quiet obvious all were Madara’s plans U_U.He tricked Obito for achieving them. Your second guess is right: They will be just illusions of what the genjutsu creator thinks he/she would be like. :|
