Question about elemental Kekkei genkai

So KG is defined as bloodline limit wich is a rare genetic ability granted to few shinobis from the same clan, however Let's take Lava element (Earth + Fire) for example we've seen that it's use by:
Roshi of Iwagakure (through four tailed son goku)
Terumi Mei of Kirigakure ( 5th mizukage )
Kurotsuchi of Iwagakure ( 3rd tsuchikage grand daughter)
Dodai of Kumogakure
My question now ... notice that none of these lava users are related with familial bonds so ... what if Wood element isn't exculsive to senju hashirama and existed in other shinobis ... let's say such as Konan;her paper control isn't explained and actually wood is the main source for paper.

Actually Konan just manipulates paper.. its not she makes paper out of wood or any known element which will then become advanced KG in comparison to wood element..xd

Interesting thought about Konan, however her paper isn't really a kkg. Additionally, you don't know that the lava release users you cited aren't loosely related somehow.

Good theory however she controls paper and obviously there will be someone who possesses a natural affinity with earth and water.

The idea that it controls life (plants/trees) then it can only be possessed by someone with something other than those two natural affinities
