If say hypothetically you had Orochimaru's DNA and Orochimaru was dead.....and you revived Orochimaru

Would he still be able to be resurrected from Anko's curse mark? Because technically all they did was add Oro's DNA with Anko's curse mark to make a copy?

No, only one active consciousness of Oro can be active at a time, if Edo Oro is unsummoned then he can be revived again from the cursed seal
