So does it bring you back to your prime or the age you died? I'm pretty sure it brings you back to your prime because Madara doesn't look like he's 100... But some people told me that it brings you to the age you die... What do you guys think?

It depends. I mean, Kin/Gin lived well into the reign of the Sandaime Raikage from what we can tell and they still seem pretty beast.
