Question about Edo Tensei in regards to age..

First, why was Hiruzen brought back at the age he died at but Madara was brought back as he was in his prime? Was he not a shriveled old man with grey hair when he passed on his legacy to Obito? Because he that's what he looked like to me..

Second, the obvious reply of "Oh, Hiruzen was locked in the Death Reaper Seal! Maybe that's why!"
The problem with that would be that Madara is the only one who was brought back from a different time than his death as far as we know.. Haku and Zabuza claimed the last thing they remembered was dying and waking up being controlled. Perhaps is was just a plot hole since we found of Madara's last days as an old man AFTER he was summoned by Kabuto. Still, sucks for Hiruzen to be an old crippled man but everybody else gets to be young again. xd

Also, perhaps time goes by slower being dead or something.. We don't know how the show addresses death, but we do know Kakashi went to a campfire and hung out with his dad for a while when he died before being brought back. And we know for certain he was dead from Naruto's question to Tsunade upon returning to the Leaf to fight Pain.. Lol, being dead must be awesome in Naruto.. Kakashi remembered that experience as shown when he remarks to Naruto "Fathers like to tell their sons all kinds of stuff" when talking about Naruto's visit in his subconscious with the 4th. the manga specifically states that madaras edo tensei is a special one.

Kabuto said Madara was a special summon, by special he means he adjusted him to where he would be summoned young. It was stated that he was a special summon sometime around the chapters where he was first revealed.

I read in another topic that Kabuto commented on making him stronger? But that seems to contradict Edo Tensei since it functions by sacrificing a live body and DNA to 'create' the puppet that has all the abilities of the character in his or her past life. By that logic, how could you 'make it stronger'? It works by making a sacrifice to bring summon the dead. But if the dead never had the ability, how could science make it better? I guess he must have worked on the body AFTER summoning it and putting it in that casket. But then what is the deal with the caskets? Does he store them somewhere? He 'summons' them, so where do they go when he dismisses them? One of the many secret hideouts in a bigass closet? And Madara's body already had Hashi's cells, so what the hell did Kabuto do to it?

I don't think we'll ever understand Edo Tensei.. There was an entire episode explaining it and we still hardly know much about it. So many loopholes..

Rinnegan, that's a good point. We witnessed Nagato restoring his youth after absorbing some of Bee's chakra. But then why didn't the SO6P live forever??

How can one just make a special Edo Tensei vessel? I swear, answering the mysteries of Edo Tensei causes gives us more questions than answers.. >.>

madara lock his soul into a shinigami and maybe madara's soul was become weaker and weaker every year until he just give up when obito already knows everything about his plan.
