Uhm...No. It's just a broken branch from the bed he's trying to balance. No Mokuton involved. You can even see where he broke it off after the second branch from the right.

It isnt wood release. It's a stick from under the bed, you can see where its broken off at the bottom right of the first panel.

I have to agree with the ones that say it isn't Mokuton. He is definitely trying to accustom with the new hand by doing some basic stuff.

Furthermore, only Black Zetsu has been shown using Mokuton, in the fight between him and Mei and others. It was in Naruto Shippuuden 276, if I am not mistaking. Obito's new hand is like White Zetsu, which has never used Mokuton.
