Question about chakra.

Well its pretty basic actually. I know that when a ninja uses ninjutsu or ginjutsu, he needs to mould his chakra together then use hand seals to minipulate it(tell it what to do and where to go ect)

But is chakra used only with ninjutsu, genjutsu and a little taijutsu. Or is it used for everything? for egsample:

-Running
-Boxing

I know chakra is a mixture of physical energy and spiritual energy, I know when physical energy would be used but what exactly is spiritual energy?



Another question aside, is the chakra circutory system for chakra only, or can it be used for physical energy aswell,

I ask this because when the 8Trigrams 64 Palms is used, the victim is paralised, And a human only need physical energy to move, So if somone could answer that, it would be helpful!

That's basically how a ninja can make a kick extremely powerful or move an insane speeds, but they are still at the mercy of the bodies limits.

I'm pretty sure the answer to your question is that it CAN be used for those things, but they do not REQUIRE the use of chakra. For instance, if someone was born without chakra, that person would not die. Chakra does not create life.

Chakra is always waisted. Chakra is mix of spiritual and physical energy.
If u run or train or boxing w/e ur physical energy is wasted. So is the chakra u can produce.
