Why question is can toshiro, mayuri, and kenpaichi get new zanpakutos from the dude in the zero squad (cant remember his name for the life of me) i only ask causes he explain that an asauchi and a soul reapers spirit merge thusly creating a unique zanpakuto, right? So since toshiros was preconceived and it chose him to be his master, mayuris was self created and kenpaichis is stolen wouldnt that leave the chane that theres an asauchi out there waiting for them?

No. The Zanpaktos are their own - being part of their soul - so they cannot be replaced, though it can regenerate if broken.

Doesn't the Asauchi all start out the same, then get shaped by it's user? I suppose Kenpachi just stole an Asauchi. No idea about Mayuri, and i have No ****ing Idea what is going on with Toshiro.

Hmm, my question still stands but yea you make a valid point cause i suppose a soul reaper cant just keep going into that den and picking new asauchi lol. But i mean shunsui has two, theyre related and we dont know the nature of the situation but it leaves the possibility that one soul can be poured into multiple blades.

Nimaiya gave Renji (maybe Rukia and Byakuya too) a new Asauchi, so yeah, any Shinigami can get a new one and remake their zanpakuto from scratch.

Yeah, Nimaiya played a part, too. Remember how Ichigo and Renji went into that Asauchi pit? Ichigo failed his first attempt and had to retry, but Renji succeeded on the first try and got a new Asauchi sooner.
