Question about bm naruto

Why does it look like he is wearing a homage coat in BM mode when he didn't have a coat on. It kind off resembles ichigos bankai because it seems like it transfers the clothes??

Don't you think it looks really cool on him? But I have no idea why it appears on him when he enters the mode but the above answers are really good so I'll go with them. Not much help, sorry. ><

My guess is prob a diff shroud from before for 2 reasons. 1 kurama is fully released & 2 they are cooperating for now! My opinion
