Minato said he can teleport his chakra to one of his markings right? What if he marked one of his enemies could he then teleport a TBB to his enemy and blow him up completely?

What is stoping him to make a clone and then FTG the TBB along with the clone to the marked enemy ?

he could use a shadow clone to set up a s/t barrier , then send a TBB into it and teleport it to the desired FTG mark
