So I just watched episode 361 where ichigo gets his shinigami powers back and I got a question
Did renji and the others give him their reiatsu which ichigo now uses or was their reiatsu just to restore ichigos own reiatsu or is it non of these if so can someone explain

This is false until proven otherwise. Ichigo has not displayed the ability to Hollowfy after regaining his powers and awakening his true Shinigami potential.

OT:

They used their Reiatsu to basically reawaken his. After he defeated Aizen, his lost Reiatsu began to accumulate within him again over time, but not enough that it would allow him to become a Shinigami again. The Captains and Vice Captains using their Reiatsu simply sped the process up. If Rukia were to turn him back into a Shinigami without the use of the special sword containing the Reiatsu of the Gotei 13 officers, he would've had to start from scratch in terms of abilities like Bankai.
