is it possible that same character is taken by 2 or more people

eg. uchiha sasuke character taken by more than 2 people

if yes then its ok

if no then where will i find which characters hve been used till now

so as 2 make my 1st biography....................

bios that are from naruto verse can be more than one time, BUT custom ones, for example bios from different animes, for that you will need permission of the one who made it 1st

You can use characters from Naruto, no matter how many they have
If a character has a restrinction, you have to follow it

If you create a custom character there is no problem

If you create a custom character from another anime, make sure that no one has it,
if someone has it you have to ask permission to them first to make the bio, or it wont be approved.
