under Control panel (shortened to CP)on the left hand side you can edit sig, if you want a picture in your sig get the image url and click the "insert image" and paste.

Pretty much this. You can also insert videos by posting the URL of the video in between these tags: [VIDEO] [/ VIDEO] with no spaces. It's also critical that you believe in magic.[/VIDEO]
