Origin :

According to historians and scholars term queen Sakura originates from 2014. It is result of butthurt fealings her fans had when Hinata was called Byakugan princess in Naruto the last movie from 2014.

Hinata on the other side is wife of Hokage Naruto ruler of Konoha and its daughter of Hiashi who is leader of the Hyuga clan.later Kishi called her again Byakugan princess which cemented her title of byakugan princes

Proofs that she isn´t queen :

There is literally no evidence that she is queen of anything . But there are 5 proofs that she isn´t queen

1. Clan origin

Sakura comes from unknown clan called Haruno.It is regular clan so Sakura origin isn´t royal

2. Nothing to rule

In order to be queen you must rule over something.Apart from Sakura own 3 members family Uchiha clan doesn´t even exist so there is no one to rule over them.
