Q's about my bio.

Hi! I wanted to make a bio and I was wondering this(I made one that sucked horse crap so I'm making sure my new one don't suck)
1. Does your bio have to be a Naruto character? Can it be a character that you made up or think should be in Naruto?
2. Currently I have no jutsu due to the fact that if I ask someone to teach me one they say "I would but you have no bio you stupid nincompoop." When I list jutsu do I put nothing? For battles do I put nothing? Please help me with this it would be a big help. just realized that they took away my posts for multi posting so i mean after i get back my posts ( i had no idea what multi posting was) ok but i meant after i do get there ( i had 70) just reached 50

How about someone answer the questions instead of stating things that the OP had already stated...

1) No your character does not have to be from Naruto, it can be anyone you like (within reason). As long as the history for your character is written in Naruto context. For example, you could make a Goku bio. But in the biography you couldn't have any mentions of anything Dragonball related, you'd have to change it all so that it fits in with the narutoverse.

Although, if the character you want to create is NOT in Naruto and has already been made by another member you need to ask that persons permission before making the bio.

2) For the moment you would put the basic E Rank ninjutsu techniques as every bio starts with these. And you can also put in a single element that you wish to be trained in, I.e. Water (Requires Training).

Anything else you need feel free to drop me a VM. Although if Yonkou is going to make your bio then I'm sure that you shouldn't need much else.

Also, this should have gone in the questions/suggestions section.
