Hei continued through the eerie fog that covered the land. Using it to conceal his movement and allowing his chakra sensory to guide him. Moving in from Hawke's left flank, Hei will now be able to see his opponent. stopping at 25m away he will rise his hand toward him as he focuses and releases a purple burst of energy as a forward facing shockwave that spreads 5m wide as it continues forward upon Hawke. The noise caused by the creation of the shockwave should alert him of the threat if he wasn't aware already. This shockwave will cause massive crushing damage if not evaded or blocked.

More than capable of clearing approx. 2.5m in the time it takes the impressive purple burst of energy to travel to him Hawke performs several actions at once, all occurring within the first moveslot.

His Rinnegan and Sensory ability materialize passively, as does the activation of Asura Path. It is due to that Path that Hawke grows several eyes around his face, offering him as close to 360 degree vision as possible. Both his arms also separate into two, giving him an extra pair of arms to work with. At this moment Dark Sister drains 5hp from Hawke, as he quickly bends down and unclasps his Leg Weights in a single motion, immediately skipping to his right so as to avoid the incoming technique using freeform dodge to clear it with around a meter to spare. At the same time his free pair of arms form two handseals, causing patches of algae to appear on Hawke’s body that quickly come to cover his entire form, though not in such a way as to hinder his senses. The patches would begin to glow softly as they heal their user. While he is hop-skipping Hawke digs out a small handful of mushrooms and eats them, activating Beserkergang in the following turn.

It also grants a family of abilities collectively known as the Six Paths Technique. The user is also able to summon and control the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path. Certain Rinnegan abilities have only been demonstrated by single users: Madara can create corporeal shadows in the invisible world of Limbo; Momoshiki is able to absorb any ninjutsu with his right Rinnegan and release it with his Left Rinnegan; Urashiki is capable of moving through time and space when different eyes are activated. While Nagato was never able to deactivate his eyes, Madara and other wielders could switch at will between their other eyes and Rinnegan eyes, although Uchiha aren't able to go from 3 Tomoe to Rinnegan directly. Due to implanting Madara's Rinnegan into his eye, Obito loses the ability to deactivate this eye, much like Nagato.

Description: The user will activate the Asura Path which grants him the ability to create mechanised armor, augmenting their body with extra limbs and various robotic weaponry. It allows, for example, the user to create up to 6 extra arms which can be used in a variety of ways, such as grabbing their opponent and using a hidden chakra cannon in on the arms to attack him or perform handseals as the user throws kunais or does a Taijutsu move. It can even be used to help perform certain techniques. He can also alter his own head to manifest additional faces with additional pairs of eyes, all linked together. The possibilities are multiple. He can use this activation to access all of the Asura path abilities.
Note: Can only be used by Rinnegan biographies with access to the Six Paths ability.
Note: When the user wants to change his body, he must activate this technique each time. This is necessary as well for 6 Paths of Pein bios.

The use of this can be compared to Sharingan's brutish level of sensory, able to sense collection of chakra but not the level of clarity and precision Byakugan has.
Note: Can only be used by bios with Sensory ability.
Note: After having on a bio for 1 month, users gain the ability to activate Sensory passively.

Description: Dark Sister is a beautiful, double-edged longsword forged from Hangurian Ore, with a golden, flame-like pommel and a crossguard of the same material and likeness with a round, cut ruby set in the center on both sides. The longsword is imbued with no offensive capabilities; it is in fact known as the sword that does not cut, even though its edge is sharp. Instead, the blade of Dark Sister is intrinsically connected to the Yang nature of chakra. The longsword serves as a conduit for life energy, naturally absorbing it from selected targets within short range in small amounts (-5 per turn) and storing it. The flat side of the blade functions as a lens and by looking through it the user is able to perceive every detail, both internal and external, of the anatomy of whoever they are looking at, even some more indirect details like their natural lifespan and health pool; chakra reserve, affinities, and signature; and future health problems. Through physical contact Medical Ninja are feely able to use the life energy to heal an amount equal to the life energy absorbed and direct this healing energy to where it is most needed. Dark Sister always quickly returns to its wielder if they mentally will it, though this ability cannot be used offensively.

Description: This technique allows the user to create patches of healing algal sludge of a slightly bioluminescent nature that can absorb chakra and are naturally drawn towards injured areas of either the user or targets of their choosing. By infusing a pre-existing source of algae with medical chakra, or creating the patches from their own body, Little Lights takes the form of a mass of algal sludge that can be directed by the user’s will, or alternatively be allowed to seek out injuries on their own. The algae will cover injured areas, or even enter the body and bloodstream through open wounds or orifices, and then begin to first absorb chakra from the target and use this to heal the injury. The algae react to the absorbed chakra by becoming slightly bioluminescent and they seem to heave slightly as they perform their function. Being simple eukaryotes the algae cannot heal complex injuries, such as restoring organs or mending bone fractures, but they will close and restore even deep wounds, heal bruised bones, or even revert scar tissue back to smooth skin. The extent of their healing powers also allows them to combat fatigue, stamina drain and similar issues of physical energy in the Narutoverse medical sense. As the algae sustain themselves on the absorbed chakra they remain active so long as they perform their function, or until the user will them otherwise, then enter a hibernation state and die after a turn of inactivity if new damage does not occur.
- This technique can only heal a maximum of 20 health points per turn, but this can be split between multiple targets.

Description: This technique requires for the user to eat a special mix of mushrooms which act like a drug and, paralyze his Nerves/senses and will enable him to enter a state of mind called the berserker rage. The effect of the mushrooms takes a turn to kick in, but when they do, the user will be put under a nearly uncontrollable, trance-like fury, speed up his neutral synapses to react faster to danger and push his physical prowess to it's maximum limits, allowing him to gain tremendous raw speed and monstrous power and completly removes all sense of pain from the body, and allows him to ignore any strain on the body. The effects of the mushrooms lasts for a while, though as they wear off the side effects will be a heavy headache.
~ The effect lasts for three turns after the effect kicks in.
~ Can only be used once and pushes the user's limits to Tsunade's strenght and Raikage's speed in his Lightning armour.

Description: The Tenseigan (転生眼, Literally meaning: Reincarnation Eye) is a powerful dōjutsu utilized by the Ōtsutsuki clan. The combination of the Byakugan and the chakra of an Ōtsutsuki clan member can evolve the Byakugan into the Tenseigan, resulting in the loss of the Byakugan's quasi-omnidirectional and distanced vision.The Tenseigan allows the user to control both attractive and repulsive forces, similar to the Rinnegan's Deva Path. The user's eyes are on the same level as the Mangekyou Sharingan in terms of tracking and chakra perception. Additionally, it also grants the wielder the ability to use Tenseigan Chakra Mode; gaining additional increases in speed, agility and power.
Note: Requires activation (spending move) for Otsutsuki bios but remains active indefinitely afterwards if the user chooses to. After having a complete Otsutsuki bio with Tenseigan for 1 month, user becomes able to switch between both doujutsu without spending a move. User needs to have activated Byakugan before and had it active for 1 full turn.
Note: Toneri is unable to deactivate his upon it's activation, becoming his default eye state.
Note: When active, the user loses all access to Byakugan related abilities and instead gains Tenseigan effects.
( Chakra Shokuyō Sōzō ) - Chakra Edible Creation

Description: By using his Rinnegan the user is capable of creating Chakra Edibles that he can consume. When eaten, they will transform into a demonic-like being, and will have access to all of the target's abilities. These Chakra Edibles are gained one of two ways: the first being at the start of an Arc or battle, the user is able to randomize the available lists of Advanced Elements and Kekkei Genkei ( Barring Hashirama Level Wood, Dust, and Dojutsu ) to have stored as Chakra Edibles. Through this method, he is only able to start with 1 KG or AE. These options are randomized via the Official RP Discord Server. The second option is to directly steal chakra from the opponent and with it, the ability to use their Element or Kekkei Genkei of their Clan, canon or Custom. This is achieved via direct contact or, in the case of Urashiki, his Chakra Rod. and making direct contact with a foe or his Chakra Rod, the user is able to absorb the abilities of his target for his own use. The user then turns the stolen chakra into chakra-filled edibles which have similar shape to Chakra Fruit, which grants him their abilities upon being consumed Both uses transform their physical appearance and augment their powers, granting them a significant speed increase and damage boost to their Jutsu, increasing by +30 as well as having 3 Golden Rinnegan. Despite seeming all-powerful, the jutsu has it's limitations and weaknesses; this cannot absorb a target, only their ability to utilize specific fields of Ninjutsu. The user can only absorb other Tier 4 and lower Kekkei Genkai or Advanced Element of up to three different ninja at one time, meaning he can have at most 3 other KG or AEs. The user cannot absorb Hidden Abilities nor abilities such as Sage Mode, Eight Inner Gates, or other taught abilities. If the user starts with a KG/AE, then he can only absorb one other via the battle/arc. Three can be obtained if the user goes the route of obtaining each via battle.
Note: Can only be used successfully once against a ninja and attempted three times per ninja.
Note: Requires a full turn of direct contact for Momoshiki and the user to have stolen at least one ninja's chakra for Urashiki.

(Chakra Saifon) Chakra Siphon

Description: A basic automated siphon tool attached to the users back and designed to passively absorb and store the users chakra. This Nin-tech is able to sense foreign chakra and then pump all the stored chakra back into the user creating a shock that spikes and restarts the users chakra flow. This allows the user to break out of Genjutsu using the chakra surge method, being able to release any genjutsu, excluding Yin and MS level Genjutsu, so long as the surge of chakra released into the user is higher then the chakra used for the Genjutsu. This Nin-Tech is able to store up to 100 chakra into it, taking up to five turns before it reaches capacity. If the user has Senjutsu, the siphon can still absorb the senjutsu like chakra and release the Senjutsu back into the user, following the foreign chakra/energies release method of Genjutsu, instead of the chakra surge method. This allows the user to break any genjutsu, including Yin release genjutsu however it cannot break Mangekyou Sharingan Genjutsu. This Chakra Siphon begins absorbing and storing the users chakra at the beginning of battle and stops absorbing once it reaches capacity and/or when the chakra/senjutsu is released back into the user. Requiring a two turn cooldown period before it begins absorbing chakra/senjutsu again. While the siphoning of chakra is a passive ability, the release of chakra back into the user will still cost a move for that turn. Lastly, this Nin-tech cannot be used to enhance techniques in any way. The chakra/senjutsu released back into the user does not replenish their chakra or senjutsu reserves. Only working to release foreign chakras and genjutsu under one of the two presented methods.

So I'm assuming that the "Strength of Tsunade" is referring to CES (+25 Taijutsu) and the lightning armor being the first level (x2 speed).
Hawke will evade Hei's shockwave after removing his leg weights. It was to be expected as the attack was more to gain his attention. As he evaded, his arms will seem to double as augmentations overtook his body. It was clear that his Rinnegan was indeed different then Hei's own. Not only in appearance but ability. Being a half bread normally holds Otsutsuki back from their full potential but it appears as though Hawke could be the exception. Hei will also take note of the growing and glowing algae around his body.

"You're a weird one Hawke. I look forward to this bout"

Hei says out of excitement. It was a feeling uncharacteristic of him. Normally Hei is one who would rather talk out disputes and avoid fighting if not necessary but for some reason, while in the presence of Hawke a thrill overcomes him. It's as if a deep feeling long forgotten arises. Hei knows it's something he has never felt before yet it feels so natural. Could this have anything to do with his visions? Why was this feeling and Hawke himself so familiar? Hei's eyes will seemingly focus as he see's Hawke consume something although no immediate changes could be noticed in Hawke. unsure of what he was planning, Hei decided to continue on the offensive. Making quick and rapid handseals changing the surface of the ground beneath Hawke to turn into a non flammable swamp the moment he makes contact with the ground as he "skip hops". The think mud infused with yang nature to imbue life into it. The strength of the swamp enhanced by Hei's natural senjutsu and chakra edible state. This swamp will be 20m in diameter and depth, with it's original size meant to be 40m, it's yang infusion makes it smaller then normal. As the swamp forms with life, it will immediately begin crawling up Hawke's leg as it also pulls him down into itself. The swamp will then use it's own chakra to lower the ground around itself (20m diameter) with great speed. This will allow the sides of the swamp to latch and spread along the walls of the hole as it lowers down and ripple inward to further smother Hawke at a faster rate. Leaving Hawke in a 20m deep whole with a 20m deep swamp smothering him. (Note, in total the hole is 20m deep, and the swamp is an additional 20m deep.)

The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a thick, newer impossible to move in swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

Description: The user is able to use their Yang nature too imbue life into an elemental technique, creating a Yang/Element sentient entity that remains on the field to aid them. The only limit is the size of the technique originally used as an elemental source, as the resulting entity will always be half the size. The entity can be interacted with, can act on its own, and is made of the element sourced with all its properties intact. Its strength is based on the original elemental technique used as a source. This doesn’t consume time since it is actually a skill applied to a technique used within the same timeframe. The infused chakra increases the technique by an additional ten chakra, of the fifty it costs in total. Note that the resulting entity created by this technique is bound by logical limitations of its shape and nature; a meteor cannot move on its own, a pillar cannot walk away, and a statue without arms cannot pick things up. Likewise, while it is able to use techniques from the source it is created from it cannot extend into different fields. For instance, if Susano’o is brought to life by this technique it cannot use Blaze Release unless the Susano’o itself is constructed, or partially formed, from Blaze itself (e.g. Sasuke’s Susano’o). It is bound by the literal source it is formed from, rather than the fields it is bound to.
Note: Usable 3 times per battle and up to 6 times per event to create one entity with up to 300 chakra points that is able to use jutsu from the source it was created from. As the Swamp forms beneath him Garrett, finding the concept of being stuck rather unappetizing, materializes streaks of lightning around his arms and legs and simply delivers a heavy wind-up punch directly into the swampy mass, pumping out a large blast of lightning and a ZX chakra charge shockwave. The result is an explosion of electricity and chakra as the strength and power of the punch is injected directly into the swamp, causing its entire body to be blown outwards in all directions from the point of impact. The heat and kinetic force of the punch would not only 'kill' the swamp, but also bake what remains of it into a clay-like crust that is easily traversable. Dark Sister drains another 5hp from Hawke, bringing its pool up to 10. This damage is immediately healed by the glowing blue algae on his body.

As Hawke is in short range (2m), Hei will suddenly lash out, crossing two kunai as he burst forward preforming a lateral kick aimed for Hawke's head. Preformed in unison the crossing of the kunai will seal away 50% of Hawke's chakra and limit his usage of his chakra while he is within short range of Hei, and Hei's kick will be enhanced by his natural senjutsu infusion being much faster and stronger then what would otherwise be normal overall limiting his opponents options for defense. This kick will smash into Hawke's head if not evaded and cause him to be propelled away.

( Fūinjutsu: Seikatsu Kekkai ) – Sealing Technique: Living Barrier

Again, I hate fighting, so I'll just give this a go. I'm making use of timeframe rules here, insofar as I don't react before you're launching your attack from short range.

Hawke is not faster than Hei, but able to track and react to his every move. As such, he is able to prepare for the attack without allowing the Otsutsuki to change his course of action. Using two moves simultaneously Hawke waits until just before the lateral kick makes contact to spring his trap. Hei, with both hands occupied by Kunais and unable to change his trajectory due to the nature of a full velocity lateral kick, will be allowed to deliver his kick freely.
As the kick makes physical contact in any fashion Hawke uses this physical contact to make a totem appear on the back of Hei's head; one that immediately detonates and deals 180 damage. At the same time, small Shiki Muchi materialize from his hands and, as Hei is already at point blank range, instantly forms explosive tags near his heart that explode and target only that, as Hawke is able to control the size of the explosion. This deals 120 damage. Also, in the case of any uncertainty regarding timing: Buster can be almost subconsciously used and so, whether Hawke is hit or flying backwards or w/e the Shiki Muchi will remain, able to do the task described above. While all this is happening Dark Sister drains 5hp from Hei, bringing its total pool up to 15.
Hawke, being hit by anything from 40 to 180 dmg depending on your intention/check, would instantly heal 15 points through the use of Dark Sister as its total pool is transferred to him. 30 dmg would also be subtracted from the impact of the kick due to Yang specialty and Little Lights would heal another 20. This would leave Hawke with, at worst, 55 health points.

In essence, Shiki Muchi can be freely created and maintained due to the closed nature of their circuit, just as tree-walking may be sustained nearly indefinitely and without conscious thought. By extension explosive tags, the most basic of seals, can be formed freely due to their central role in the style and their generic simplicity. By taking advantage of these facts together and by directing the small amounts of naturally leaked chakra to initiate the circuit, the user is able to form first the Shiki Muchi and then explosive tags along a number of points hereon. These detonate immediately upon creation in sizable explosions.
- Can only be used once per turn.
- Max radius for an explosion from this technique is the same as a physical Explosive Tag (Roughly 2.5m).

Berserkergang allows Hawke to ignore any pain/strain on the body that would prevent him from executing this move as described. However, just to underline this - even though tank stacking is not doable - Hawke's also fortifies his body further against the attack using Chilling Steel. This would in no way alter the timeframe or allow Hei to initiate a counter at an earlier point in time.

(Fūinjutsu: Hagane Hie no Ikkō) – Sealing Technique: Chilling Steel of the Militant Buddhist

This immediate stress plus the spike in heart rate, will activate a small seal that is passively applied to the users chest. This seal further assists the flow of chakra, spreading it and adding a dense sort of chakra to flow around users muscles and body, strengthening it. These actions and chakra flow, combined with the user’s general physique and resistance to damage, can lessen the damage taken by the physical elements of an attack by 20 damage points. The seal functions autonomously, requiring no input from the user.

By extension explosive tags, the most basic of seals, can be formed freely due to their central role in the style and their generic simplicity. By taking advantage of these facts together and by directing the small amounts of naturally leaked chakra to initiate the circuit, the user is able to form first the Shiki Muchi and then explosive tags along a number of points hereon. These detonate immediately upon creation in sizable explosions.

Berserkergang allows Hawke to ignore any pain/strain on the body that would prevent him from executing this move as described. However, just to underline this - even though tank stacking is not doable - Hawke's also fortifies his body further against the attack using Chilling Steel. This would in no way alter the timeframe or allow Hei to initiate a counter at an earlier point in time.

This immediate stress plus the spike in heart rate, will activate a small seal that is passively applied to the users chest. This seal further assists the flow of chakra, spreading it and adding a dense sort of chakra to flow around users muscles and body, strengthening it. These actions and chakra flow, combined with the user’s general physique and resistance to damage, can lessen the damage taken by the physical elements of an attack by 20 damage points. The seal functions autonomously, requiring no input from the user.

Hei's kick will connect as planned, however Hawke wasn't an ordinary opponent, with his enraged state he was still able to counter attack in the moment of contact, inserting his own chakra into Hei in the form of a seal along the back of Hei's head. Via his chakra sensory ability Hei will easily be able to sense the formation of this seal and as it suddenly detonates Hei and his chakra will suddenly vanish without a trace as he evades the damage from the blast. (Naturally also evading the Buster technique)

His body then disappears without warning, leaving behind ten glowing red orizuru, which slowly float to the ground before fading away when the user reveals himself. Afterwards, Urashiki's chakra signature is completely untraceable for 2 turns, allowing him to escape elsewhere unnoticed, or until he uses a Jutsu, whichever comes first. This allows him to escape damage from a technique he is aware of and reposition himself up to mid range away from his original location undetected, only being sensed if he chooses to use a Jutsu.
Note: This can be used up to 4 times a battle but only against any opponent twice. After using, the user cannot use for 2 turns.
Note: Can only be used by Urashiki bios.
Reappearing in the same direction the now air-bound Hawke was being propelled via Hei's previous kick while also still within short range (4m) to maintain his sealing technique Hei will use his chakra to cause a gaseous substance to erupt violently outward in all directions with immense speed. (3x Sage speed = 33 speed levels) This gas will rapidly extend out to a mid-ranged area. The moment it touches Hawke's skin it will limit his chakra while causing intense pain. Should Hawke breath the gas the effects on his chakra and body will become more severe. Hei however being unaffected by the gas will also begin to run in Hawke's direction, maintaining a speed just slower then the gas (moving at speed level 32) in order to remain hidden within it. Hei will wait for the moment the gas stunts Hawke's chakra to then use his full speed (moving at speed level 60) to rapidly spin and preform a high kick, once again aimed at Hawke's head, to deal critical damage. This should surly deal enough damage to knock out Hawke and send him flying back in the direction was was previously just kicked from.

Hawke makes use of his extra pair of arms to cross two butter knives or whatever, sealing Hei's whatever and mechanically preventing him from utilizing his 2nd technique.
At the same time Hawke once again releases a number of shiki muchi that converge on Hei from all directions, including his back and explode, dealing a lot of damage. Meanwhile Hawke makes a claw with his hands and swipes at Hei from a distance, launching two blasts of Chakra Charge lightning blasts at the Otsutsuki also dealing a lot of damage. If Hei were to continue with his whatever Tai attack he would be unable to approach Hawke without coming in direct contact with these attacks. The size and approach of the double attack would also make it impossible to freeform dodge, especially since Hei is in mid-air with his "high kick."

I really don't understand why you're upset. Ofc I want the kumi for a bounty, why else would you go after them? I don't know why you say it has nothing to do with RP when it has everything to do with it. My character has been known for bounty hinting in the past. He's also known for justice and fighting for the weak. There is a major threat looming and the Kumi gained could help benefit the clan greatly. I've tried talking it out with you before fighting which also fits my character's personality. If your bio was more trustworthy then I wouldn't have gone for the bounty and would have gained you as an ally. So it's not just about the Kumi because I gave you that chance. Furthermore as we discussed on discord I've also ignored a mistake on your part that would have lost you the fight already. You created a mid ranged explosion while within short range after taking my kick.. That would have resulted in your HP reaching zero. If I just wanted the Kumi and didn't care about story then I would have just took the win right then. I've been more then fair and have given you every opportunity so I don't understand why you're going to quit over this. That's on you bro.



As Hei reappears 4 meters away from his air bound opponent (as stated in my previous move) but before he could release his gas, he will suddenly see his opponent cross two butter knives and once again release whip things form his fingers. (That would then need to travel from your location and spread around me to hit me from all sides) Being able to easily track the movement and attacks of his opponent, Hei will use his quick reaction time, advanced reflexes and speed to rapidly move backwards slightly to the left out of short range (only needing to move just over one meter to escape short range range w/ freeform dodge evading the seal and projectile techniques) then with a single handseal capture Hawke into a yin enhanced illusion. This will make Hawke appear to suddenly be captured within a mass of Jade, as if somehow teleported into it via some kind of Space-time. As the normal ocean of the technique is instead enhanced with Jade elemental chakra. This will prevent Hawke from movement as he falls to the ground. Not only will this illusion be empowered, being able to penetrate through any passive defense or subversive method against Genjutsu, including Hawke's Rinnegan. It is also unable to be broken through the chakra surge method of release, curtesy of Hei's affinity to Yin release.

When the user casts a Genjutsu, rather than using their raw chakra they will use one of the basic elemental natures, thus increasing the potency of the jutsu. This technique increases the technique it is applied to by one rank in strength; due to the massive infusion of chakra a Genjutsu empowered by the Five Elements Illusion can penetrate through any passive defense or subversive method against Genjutsu. By using nature chakra rather than raw chakra, the properties of the Genjutsu can change in accordance to that nature and become stronger. For example, using Crushing Snake Constriction with Fire Release chakra would make the snakes appear, feel, and sound as though they were on fire. The user is free to alter the effects of a Genjutsu within reason as long as the primary effects remain the same. Like other Yin-Yang infusions, this technique only increases the chakra within the technique by an additional rank in strength, or 10, whichever is higher.

Description: A black box, it can be used to expose a gaseous substance to a person, petrifying their entire body, resulting in them being preserved. When this box is opened, the gaseous substance can reach up to mid range quickly, traveling at three times a Sage speed to trap targets. Should a foe touch the gas, they immediately become unable to use chakra above A rank. Should they inhale the gas, they will be unable to use chakra or move for 2 turns. This binding is able to prevent movement from any foe of same rank and below for the same period of time, increasing 2 turns for every additional rank difference.
Note: Can only be used four times per battle with a 2 turn cooldown period.

I'll start off by saying that if you're infusing your technique with additional chakra or damage, please include it in the affected technique. While on that topic, ZK for the purposes of keeping things in order you need to post the ET technique as a reference when mentioning the chakra blasts.

I don't see an issue with ZK making use of The Dancing White Tiger as the effects of living barrier came to an end with Serpent's second post that occurs in turn #6. I spoke with others about this and came to that conclusion, and that is also how I make use of my own technique that lasts multiple turns, and by that I mean they come to an end with the post in which the technique ends. I will point out though that Living Barrier negates the use of technique above A rank, regardless of if it costs chakra or not. Either way, the use of The Dancing White Tiger Stands.

Now onto the meat of the matter, which would be Serpent's dodge of the shiki muchi and Dancing White Tiger. Serpent states that he moves out of short-range to avoid the techniques fired by ZK, which puts him in mid-range. The issue with this is that all the attacks released by ZK reach up to mid-range, meaning that they would hit him due to the fact that they converge on him from all directions. Regardless of the speed, Serpent only moved to mid-range and freeform dodge is only capable of dodging one technique. So while he's able to dodge the shiki muchi, he'd be hit by the chakra blasts released via the Dancing White Tiger. I'll leave it to you guys to calculate how much damage Serpent takes after considering any damage shaving techniques or specialty he has in place.

I will mention that in the future please accurately describe the size of the attack you release to avoid situations like this is the future. "Pretty" sizable isn't an accurate size. Side note on the Totem technique, it doesn't require adv. fuuinjutsu to use. That stipulation is in regards to body seals not offensive/supplementary jutsu used on the opponent like the Totem, because there exists a number of techniques like that that do no require adv fuuin.

Yeah I'll be getting another check, first off he is inside the second move of the seal. A complete turn is (My post, and opponents reply) So living barrier was posted on post 4, taking effect in posts 4 (my post) and post 5 (his reply) being (one turn), then it will also effect posts 6 and 7 being my post and his reply. (turn 2) Otherwise the technique that lasts 2 turns only affects the opponent for 1 turn.

Also, I never said I stop in mid range. I pointed out that I would only need to evade 1m back to escape the range of the seal, being short range. I never once said that I stopped moving backwards. Just that once I moved 1m back, I then proceed with the genjutsu. I would still be moving back at this time.

Right so I was asked by Serpent here to take a look into this fight and give a second opinion on the issues at hand. So the first thing here is that I have to agree on the fact that ya’ll really need to be post your dimensions with your techniques and shit a bit more so it makes it easier for us to make a judgement as AJ pointed out. Anyways, onto the meat and potatoes; I have to agree with Serpent on this one here honestly, unless something I’m missing here is off. A “turn” consists of two persons making a move together; which to me warrants a clarification on how these things works. The reason I say this? Just because Serpent’s technique reached 2/2 doesn’t mean ZK is not affected still. Confusing but let’s think of it like this – on the turn ZK does his combo techniques and the S Rank. ZK’s ability to use S ranks shouldn’t have returned until the following turn, which at the end of the 2/2 he’s still underneath the effect until his own move passes. Therefore, in ZK’s next reply is when his ability to use ninjutsu normally should comeback. That’s how I interpret these things to work, so unless there’s a need for a final check then hopefully the moderator can sort that out.

This is my break down of how it should work which in the last where ZK's next reply is when his ninjutsu returns back to norm.

With this in mind, since ZK would have been underneath the effect of the living barrier technique still; his blast would have never executed in the first place unless I’m now missing something myself. So what’s left? Serpent successfully avoided the Theory of Waves and Wind script as intended but there’s no chakra blast to be released since ZK’s Taijutsu couldn’t have been executed in the first place. Again, “turns” aren’t not defined by singular posts in fights, its when both players make a “move” that constitutes as a “turn”. Therefore, Living Barrier’s affect only came to an end when ZK made his move, and then Serpent replied in the following turn and ZK quoted. So unless something comes up, someone wants another check or anything, its ZK’s turn with Serpent’s Genjutsu taking place and his attempt at Palace of the Dragon King. If another check is asked, it will be directed to an RP Moderator this time. Now this isn't relevant considering I don't believe the ETB happens, this more so a note to the fighters directly and an agreement with AJ, ya'll really need to work on your descriptions - leaves a lot to be desired and makes it a bit harder for us to make consistent judgements on.

Well I guess I'm calling TL as I haven't heard anything about ZK getting a mod to check and searching the Discord ZK never asked a mod to check in the RP server. If I'm mistaken and you have DM'd a mod before I made this post, VM me and I'll delete this post. As your HP hits Zero you'd be KO'd and the fight ends. I'll be posting in the main LM once everything is good.
