My assumption was that since Question himself said his waves are in front ( in his move where he says Sorry Jake, you're on your own ) since his waves do not make the Antlion useless, they will not affect something coming out from behind him, as the antlion was.

who knows i dont know how Q's jutsu works. but either way you put it i really dont care about this fight its between u guys but let me give my input on this situation.

1. Ur in my smoke so u couldnt see where he was anyways.
2. If what u say is correct, in order to do the jutsu

even if u could magically see him the this would be the path of ur jutsu unless u can just transport your chakra from where u are to behind him and attack so it would still disrupt.

Let me explain this a little better:
U can't see through the smoke... U can't see his hand movements as u stated and you cant see Q to throw a jutsu at him any way, now even if u shot it randomly the sound jutsu started before urs did and u said while he is making hand movements stating the jutsu already started, Q's jutsu would have hit you before ur spikes would have even formed

His Sound technique does not disrupt chakra itself, since if it does then the opponent will not be able to use any jutsu ( and I wouldn't have approved it lol ) so it cannot stop my chakra from flowing thru the ground.


I hope we can just continue the fight, because I know all of us are getting annoyed due to the constant arguments.
The only other way to settle this would be to call in Cali lol If you want that, I have no problem as well.

You'll notice it doesn't say it all happens instantly, it's a timed effect that happens over a period. Besides my concentration is enough for me to pull off a C ranked Earth technique at Sage level before his technique is even fully underway. Logical.

I'm not going to continue the arguing.
If you feel unconvinced, call in Cali, because I am not going to reply further to the thread if the arguing continues.
If Q wants my sword so much I'm willing to fight him in another battle.

Okay, if your jutsu disrupts chakra underground, then I'm going to have to call bullsh*t.

Now I'm assuming the jutsu description means it destroys finished jutsu - because that's how I understood it when I approved it and that's why i even approved it, because otherwise it wouldn't have been - and it may be you were thinking of something else when you meant that and I took it for something else, for whiich there is a misunderstanding and I feel I should tell you now that it doesn't work that way, because if it does, I wouldn't have approved it like that.

Sorry for the misunderstanding with the jutsu, if there has been one.

Well if you didnt understand the jutsu fully, maybe you should have asked him about it before you approved it, but the fact remains that it says earth jutsu are useless which includes your spikes, and as Rei says, what was once given to you shall never be taken back, so you cant tell him to change his jutsu now, also you cant see them....

Well taken into account the description of the jutsu, no matter how you look at it, Stone Spikes would never work. The sound doesn't work against normal chakra, but it does against earth and you need to use earth chakra either way and that will be countered by the sound. The reason as why earth/lightning chakra can't be used is acceptable, however that would mean no wind/water/fire jutsu's can be used either as those too are or in the air or in the ground. Saying that it only affects those two makes no sense at all. There is something wrong with that jutsu.

If Emp can't see you, you can't see him either (unless you're sensors, but no one said something about that). In that case the sound jutsu can't be finished as it says it has to be aimed at a specific point and as he doesn't see Emp, he can't use that part. So in the end Emp only has some bleeding ears and blurry vision.

I have also some doubts about the summoning of Jake, but that's not really an issue now.

Or you just start the battle over again (which would things make more easy to follow at this point) or you start from the point of Emp doing his first move or you just continu as it was with Jake just finishing his move and Emp just having some bleeding ears as nor Emp nor the sound jutsu worked completely.

PS: For the record jutsu's can be revoked <3 we have done it before with Alucards Pyramid of Doom and a series of Kirabi's jutsu's.
