Let's start with Garra.
He traveled 4km fairly quickly with his sand. However, he also said "I'm speeding up" meaning he may not have been using full speed even then, just a possibility. He wasn't using body flicker(most likely)
The hokages and Sasuke. This really shows just how fast body flicker makes people.

The important thing to note is when they might have started. This gives some perspective.
It was at this point that they approached the leaf village. Meaning, while the Jubi fight was going on, they had to get the shinigami and had that long talk with the hokages. In other words, they only had the time to travel past countries in virtually no time at all. Remember, the juubi fight at that point was not that long.
Going from the leaf to the hidden sand alone took 3 days on foot without body flicker. (bear in mind that even normal ninja movements are very fast, take part 1 Neji who's slower than part 2 Naruto according to the databook)
This kinda makes body flicker of the hokages and EMS Sasuke highly supersonic or hypersonic.
Now on to Ay.
First off, Kakashi was said to be able to use lightning blade to cut a lightning bolt in half, meaning his sharingan had to have tracked the lightning.
Now, here's the important thing, even with MS, Sasuke could not properly track Ay when at full speed.
In order to do this, he has to be faster than lightning.
"faster than sound." That is an understatement. Lightning travels and 286X the speed of sound. Ay has crazy speed!
Jinchuriki.
In KCM alone, he completely outclassed Ay's speed.
Obviously BM and BSM have far greater speed.
Now, compare the 9 tails to the juubi.
In comparison, Juubito's speed must be far, far greater than Naruto with Kurama and Madara even more than that. And since current Naruto matches Madara's senjutsu, well.

Needless to say, even in the early stages of 8th gate, he's far faster than Madara's juubi jin form.
Guy distorted space, meaning he may very well be traveling at near-light speed. And yes, viz did say that space was bent.
