first: before you say Hinata can beat Kiba,let me answer you first,everyone thinks that Hinata is strong because she fought Pain,she wasn't strong,she died vs Pain (Nagato resurrect all who die,after his talk with Naruto) so she didn't do anything to think that is strong

also shikamaru,I know that with strategic he can beat Kiba,but Kiba is stronger than him in close combo if for example shikamaru run out of chakra and kiba isn't captured by shikamaru shadow, kiba would easily beat him in close combat with no jutsu needed
