Since a lot of people have been asking me for examples, I've decided to put it all into one thread.

I usually make my sigs 500x200, I can also do pop-outs and air sigs.

I can do avatars of 150x200 and 150x300, I can do any kind of border, scanlines, I can do animations like a gloss effect, or rain, not too complicated though.
