so i wanted to ask that if a person is usin' a jutsu that he can't perform due to lower level but his character is the one usin that jutsu formally or he invented the jutsu so can we use it by will

correct me if I am wrong, but you are asking that if your character's rank restricts him to B-ranked jutsu, can he use a-ranked jutsu if that jutsu is one they created ?

if thats the question I would say the answr in no. Your rank determines the jutsu you can use, so jounin can use B s-class can use A.

I had heard at one point though, that you are allowed to have one move that is above your rank, that can be a "signiture move" but I havent seen anything official about it.

1 thing is that once i'm able to post custom jutsu's
