well i want it 2 do 2 things

first off
i want lighting 2 form in the palm of my hand then up 2 my elbow
and i think ill call it lighting dragon fist

then when i punch the person i wat 2 b able 2 open my hand and use ith like a chidori

no when its around my hand i can puch ppl and do lighting damage and it can act like a sheild aswell plus it wont b as strong as a chidori
