The dragon could speak. Except for the so called "minkmen" humanoids, animals so far couldn't talk. Could this be someone with mythical/legendary Dragon zoan fruit?

I had the exact same thought when I saw the dragon with "acid" in the mouth.
But it wouldn't make sense that Big Mam, Luffy and Smoker meet together at the first island of the New World. Moreover I believe she has better things to do like preparing for the festival than to burn an island down.
