Yup, it is. It is from Indian local language Punjabi and it is Bhangara song actually. It is quiet famous Indian party song and actually topped many international charts, when it released before 13-14 years, I think.
It is sang by a guy who is famous for rap and Bhangara combo, something that is quiet popular in north Indian regions.
