Well, in Boruto the movie we witnessed Sasuke hitting as strong as Naruto, smashing large chunks of stone apart, while punching the shit out of Momoshiki, so I'd say that by the time they're adults they became close in terms of physical strength, but Naruto is still the more durable of the duo.

Speed & movement: Naruto =< Sasuke (due to ameno)
Strength: Naruto >= Sasuke
Durability & stamina: Naruto >> Sasuke
Fire power: Naruto = Sasuke
