I'm going to be honest and say that I think it'll be an easy victory for the Zombie Duo. Sakura at that time wouldn't do much more than make her teammates work harder to save her (probably killing themselves in the process). Kakashi at that time didn't have what it takes to stop the onslaught.. huge jutsu spam would be the end of him and probably the rest of his team too. However Kakuzu could probably think of a strategy if needed.
