The thing is naruto didnt solo; the fight was a draw, they were both down for the count. But i would think naruto wins unless saskue help gaara, since they were equal beforehand and naruto would be stronger years after.

But that was before Ryūsa Bakuryū.

Plus, Gaara was already pushed to a half transformation before Naruto even arrived.
