You restricted sharingan genjutsu and he never used Ephemeral in p1, so no genjutsu happens here. He has nothing in his arsenal that would even hurt Kimi. His suiton is not even strong enough to pierce through a thin water wall so Kimimaro easily tanks. On top of this you made Kimi healthy. So this is a low diff win for Kimimaro.

Itachi still has his overwhelming speed, crow and shadow clone feints, Katon and Ephemeral. He should be able to easily take out Kimimaro and the rest of the Sound 5.

If you say Itachi is soloing the entire sound 5 with a shadow clone and a fireball you need to be banned

If you say the Sound 4 that got stomped by Kimimaro and pushed by 2 Jonin from Konoha + said Kimimaro can defeat 3-Tomoe Part 1 Itachi then you need to be banned.

It was actually more layered than that.

Itachi pulls out shuriken to feint his water drills
Kakashi uses water wall to block said drills and set up a water clone
Itachi sets up a clone in his location while the real him moves to stab said water clone(doesnt know its a clone tho)
Kakashi swims under the exploding clone and protects kurenai from the blast
Itachi uses a water wall to protect himself from the blast.

Part 1 Itachi blitz stomped three full grown 3T Uchiha's. Itachi works him so hard, he exhausts Kimimaro out easily.
