Gaara: Even though Neji and Gaara are better ninja(imo) during part one i dont see how gaara beats Naruto.
Naruto is fast has alot of chakra and could summon gambunta at the end of part one...nothing gaara could do.

Naruto struggled against neji because neji could read his movements and hit direct chakra points. Against Sasuke neji ability is pretty much canceled since sasuke can read movements also.
