I just finished the dubbed series but I'm so confused. Can anyone help clarify because from my point of view this was the shittiest ending ever.



How did Sibyl's psycho pass go up if they are all criminally asymptomatic and how was Kamui's psycho pass judged?

How was Sibyl instantly able to judge Kamui just because they destroyed a few brains?

Now some rant questions:

How was Kamui satisfied with any of those results, what the f*ck just happened?

I swear Sybil can just force their guns to give false psycho passes, didn't they just do that to Kamui?

How do people like Akane see that people who clearly don't have any interest in society and who do not get guilt are suitable to judge society. I was starting to like Akane more but now she's just f*cking retarded.

Also, how did Akane take down somebody like Sakuya?

Lastly, does anyone else think that Sakuya's character was ruined? He had so much potential.


It may just be my poor comprehension skills but this last episode was the dumbest thing I've watched in my opinion, and I loved Psycho Pass so it's such a shame.


EDIT: Oh yeah, how would it even be possible to identify the psycho pass of a group, that makes no sense.

I thought it was decent, but season 1 was obviously way better. Hoping the movie does better than season 2 at least.

Do you know how Kamui and Sibyl were instantly able to judge each other though? I thought the whole problem was Sibyl couldn't judge a collective group so they wanted to kill Kamui.

I would have to go back and rewatch it, but yeah I do remember being confused about that part as well.

Kamui's objective was to be known/judge by Sibyl so in order to do that he had to expose them and drive them into a corner, which he did. He actually accomplished his goals in the end. From what I remember Sibyl already knew about Kamui they just tossed him aside so that's why they were able to judge him later on. Akane was and is such a great character IMO one of the best female leads in anime, she already knew Sibyl was no system she agree on so she kinda agreeing with Kamui made sense to me.

Sakuya was just a puppet from Sibyl nothing more, the bigger picture has always been the system. I love Kougami and all but he really wasn't needed in this season and I honestly did not missed him, he left on season 1 to do his own thing.

IMO, Akane was even less relatable of a character than Naruto. She has no sense of justice. Her sense of justice is what Sybil tells her. And Sybil is clearly just a bunch of freaks with God complexes.

Kamui made modifications into his body, remember when he took an inspector's eye?.........some of the stuff he did in order to judge others like the inspectors. If that's what you mean, my mind is a blank with Psycho Pass right now.

It's all cause of that damn new writer. The minute Urobuchi stepped down, everything went to hell, including logic. The new guy obviously didn't even watch the first season and had no clue that most of these things he did already had rules established to prevent them from happening.

Akame stepped up and led this show as much as she could but that other inspector was a ***** and pissed me off

I liked the new enforcers though, Well untill the end, Red heads cool though
