psn 1.14 (80710723) error: Help?

I want to download Persona 4 off of the playstation store but it keeps telling me that an error occured (80710723) whenever the 1.14 software update for psn reaches %99.

Anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening and knows of any known fixes for this problem? It's getting annoying, to be honest.

Solution

Attempt to connect at a later time or contact your Internet Service Provider to check the speed of your Internet service.
