LOL? 800 is an over exaggeration.

The ps4 has an HD 7850 which is like 170 dollars
An amd FX 6300 is like 100
power supply and mobo= 150 at most depends on what you choose, but they aren't typically expensive
Ram is like 70 for 8gb DDR3 1600mhz

That like $490, the FX 6300 trashes the ps4's CPU anyway. It might have 8 cores, but each core functioning at 1.8ghz and using the same architecture (whihc is x86) found on tablets makes it quite laughable.
