PS4 vs Xbox one

I'm a Xbox and Microsoft fan for the online play in Halo and Battfield. Gears of war is also awesome.

Xbox died after Halo Reach for me.

Playstation has been better for a long time now. I need to get a PS4.

I've got both so have a pretty unbiased opinion.

Xbox One feels like more of an entertainment system. The apps, friend feeds, etc... make it feel a lot more community based than the playstation and feels a bit more user friendly.

Whereas the Playstation is a gaming console. It still has a few apps, etc... But nowhere near as good as the xbox, as the main focus is soley based around playing games. The PS technically has better graphics, but nothing has really come out to push them to the max anyway, so you cant really notice any difference between the 2 when youre actually playing. But i prefer the PS exclusives.

It's completely pointless asking that question on a forum, as everyone will just give their biased opinion on whatever they have. In the long run it basically just comes down to "Which controller do you prefer to use?" & "Which exclusives do you want to play?". Simple as that.

Not necessarily. There's always those few gamers with unbiased and well informed opinions such as yourself. And tbh I feel more comfortable with the xbox controllers. But oddly enough I prefer playstation controllers. The size and shape are perfect for gaming. As for exclusives, I'd have to give it up to Sony. I plan on trading in my xbox for a PS4 just wanted to hear some opinions on the matter first.

Hm... Wasn't XB1 showing games' resolution in 900p? Compared to PS4 in 1080p. Anyway, it's not easy to reason between these two consoles which one I chose and why if you ask me. I chose PlayStation out of fanism and always be a fanboy. You might consider the 900p and 1080p as a reason. But hey! There is PS4K and so the XB1S. It's Goku vs Vegeta. Neo vs Smith. The best that the two companies had to offer. Good luck with that. Though I would go with PlayStation if I were you. I have the regular PS4 and I aim to buy the PS4K too.

The difference between the two is nowhere near as big as everyone makes out. I think a lot of the hate that goes on is mainly just people trying to convince themselves that they have chosen the better of the two. When in reality it all comes down the little personal preferences (controllers, games, what your friends own, etc...).

The graphical differences, etc... are barely noticeable once youre actually playing (PS has a few games where you think "damn, that looks awesome". But on the other hand, so does the xbox. So it works both ways). But then again, if graphics are the only things you care about, youd be better off buying a pc. lol
