I mean seriously....sure the ps4 soloes my pc, but there are pcs out there at least twice as better as the ps4. And the ps4 wont recieve all the new technology they make in the next 5 years(even faster everything).

I dont own a good pc or any of the new gen consoles. But i can see very very easily that pc>>>ps4.

Ps4=BRAND NEW gameing console. So in order for it to be fair, you should compare it to a BRAND NEW gameing pc. Which easily soloes the ps4.

I truly find it a mystery how people can have their head stuck so far up their rear, that they are willing to believe stuff that simply is not true(as a whole).

Ps4 might be a pc with the same specs. But then the pc is slightly less just because it is able to do so much more.

And the coreI7 extreme edition, or the Xeon e7 proccesors. PC> ps4 in performance

Depending on ur choice of proccesor, the latest ones dominate the ps4's single chip 8 core AMD jaguar .

The new k6000 quadro is at 12gb DDR5 with 384 bit memory interface, with 5.1 teraflops single precision, the ps4 has only 1.84 teraflops, PC gaming is still top notch in terms of performance. Yard has already explained, and moreover u can have over 32 GG of ram, even more, with 4 HDTV simaltanous displays. The ps4 is leagues below the current generation of PC performance.

I don't think you understand how hardware works. It's not about frequency, it's more about the streaming cpu's the card has.

Also, the PS4 will never use 8gb of Gddr5, the reason being is because it has to have a limitation of it's ram usage for system reservation. In fact, the ps4 can only use up to 4.5gb of ram for gaming, the rest is reserved for the system to actually function because as I said before, it's shared.

Also the 5500mhz thing is the effective memory clock, not the GPU clock. GPU clock is what actually dishes out power. Now let's take a further look into the PS4's GPU.

PS4 GPU:

Engine Clock 800Mhz
18 Compute Units (1154 Stream Processors)
72 Texture Units
8GB GDDR5 with 176.0GB/s memory bandwidth (shared with CPU)
