Uh... when Madara said that his was comparable to that of a tailed beast, I'm sure he meant anywhere ranging from Shukaku (One-tail) to Kokuo (Five-Tail). Anything past Kokuo and before Gyuki is pushing it, and Kurama is just more powerful than PS.

By the time it detonated, Sasuke was well outside the blast radius. Naruto didn't detonate the TBBFRS, he let it collide with the rocks.

Sasuke and naruto are equal so perfect susanoo=kurama
