Description: A special ninja tool created from the hardest metal, in the shape of a diamond crystal, three inches in thickness and 3 inches in length. These sharp pendulums are attached to a thick wire and with high conductivity wire mechanism that is worn on the wrist and forearm. The user wears two of these mechanisms, one on each arm. The user channels their lightning chakra through the mechanism to be able to launch the pendulums; the wire can reach up to mid-range. And using the lightning chakra the pendulums are very fast and are extremely maneuverable being able to launch faster than one can throw a kunai/shuriken and can make complex turns on a dime, zig zag, and can retract back to the mechanism as fast as they are launched. The user can be recognized that they are using the pendulums, because when channeling their lightning chakra sparks can be seen flashing around the users body. The pendulums vibrate due to the lightning chakra and can easily pierce the human body and rocks, or cut it if the user wishes by correctly angling the pendulum such as turning it the right way when launched.
-Only Raiton Jutsu can be used when Phantom Sparks are in use
-Can only reach to Mid-Range
-Can only be used by Abon and those he allows
-Sending the pendulum counts as a move

There is much to be done. I have been sent out to prove myself against the other shinobi. I heard I was supposed to meet one of the village members at this location. Maybe this isn't such a good idea, I don't want to have to kill anyone again. . . But at least I'll get to have some fun. I wonder who the shinobi will be anyway. In anticipation I activate my Sharingan (1T) , readying myself for the enemy to come..

He decided from that point that avoiding eye contact might be best. Vegeta then gathers his katon chakra and expels a very large cloud of flame in to the air, the fire does not disperse but rather condenses into countless tiny embers which very slowly fall to the ground across the entire field, like burning snowflakes. Vegeta then looks at the young man's chest regain and waits for him to make a move as he admires the falling embers...

Description: the user expels a very large cloud of flame in to the air, however this is merely a distraction, the fire does not disperse but rather condenses into countless tiny embers which very slowly fall to the ground in the target area. When the user performs the Tiger hand seal these embers burst in to flame again, the result is covering the target area an explosion that covers short range from the epicentre of the explosion. This technique also causes large black clouds to form, mimicking the clouds used for Kirin however no lightning is present.
Notes:
- Can only be taught by Shinta,
- Can at most cause three areas of embers to explode although the ember rain covers the entire field,
- The embers do no significant harm until they are detonated,
- Can be used four times per battle,
- The embers can continue raining for up to two turns, after which they become useless. On the turn of detonation, this jutsu must be posted again. The repost does not count as one of the four uses but still counts towards one of the three jutsu for that turn,
- The large black clouds remain on the field for four turns but again serve no purpose for kirin.
I observe the man expel a large cloud of what seems like ash. I observe the Katon chakra inside the cloud, that then turns and condenses into falling embers. Falling... Fire... I have never seen such a jutsu. I then quickly cover myself in earth forming a shelter around me and leaving me a space so I can see the enemy. .I then quickly weave the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals in succession and permeating the atmosphere with my water chakra causing a constant rain to fall, potentially counter acting the falling embers in my area. I then quickly make the weave the bird hand seal and cause the earth around the man to protrude from four cardinal directions around him.

When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

As Vegeta see's the earthen structure form over you, he quickly gathers doton chakra while slamming his hands to the ground, sending it to the ground below Accelerator causing sharp rocks beneath you to jag up and pierce you into the roof of the structure. Still kneeling down, Vegeta channels more doton chakra to the ground and does the Boar → Ox seals, and places his hand back on the ground causing the ground under the jagged rocks, Accelerator and the structure to spiral downwards in on itself, crushing Accelerator as Vegeta gathers lightning chakra and raises his hand to the sky, imbuing the clouds with an electrical discharge which immediately strikes down on top of Accelerator, finishing the job if he survived the first 2 attacks... Lets see you survive, then I will know you are a true warrior...

Description: After performing the required hand seals Boar → Ox → placing hand on the ground, the user causes the ground surrounding the enemy to spiral inwards on itself, burying them alive or crushing them in a mayhem of jagged rocks. This technique is capable of causing quite a bit of damage to a large area. This technique is much more damaging if used in rocky mountainous areas, or inside a cave.

Description: The user will raise his hand or a weapon and send an electrical discharge into the clouds, allowing them to create lightning strikes in the desired location. The discharges are triggered right after the technique and cannot be delayed or prepared before hand but are quite fast.
