-Depends on the user's own base durability and the level of the technique being used

-Kaio ken, it improves the mind as well

- Kaio ken is better because with enough training there is no limit to how many times one's ki can be multiplied, evidence by goku going from a maximum of 3x to 4x, to 10x and finally to 20x. And like I said before kaioken improves everything while active, including the sharpness of one's mind and senses. Kaioken is better
