It's not genuine love if it's one-sided. Naruto loves everybody, so the whole "getting revenge for Neji kicking Hinata's ass" stuff is par for the course. Hinata loved him, sure, but Naruto loved Sakura and, eventually, gave up on her only because he knew she still loved Sasuke.

The problem with people using this as evidence that Sakura doens't genuinely love Naruto is that Yamato correctly deduced this during the 4tk fiasco... and the fact that it's not impossible to love two people at once. Even now, after Hinata sacrificed herself against God Realm (nearly dying) and then getting her cousin killed the most emotional reaction she got from Naruto was him holding her hand. Not even in an intimate context (when you hold your girlfriend's hand, you interlink fingers. He's just... grabbing her).

The handholding isn't symbolic of romantic love. It's symbolic of Naruto never giving up on the bonds that brought him this far (notice Hinata's monologue has no romantic tone to it?).

I expect no one to take heed to anything I'm saying (this forum seems to be more hardcore about the shipping crap than other forums I've been on). But whether you're for Naruhina, Narusaku, or Narusasu, mark my words: Naruto and Hinata are not together officially (yet). Not that it's impossible. It's just unlikely.
